Ernie Els ‘Big Easy’ Wines Featured in Golfweek

GW-cover-0523-291x388The May 23 edition of Golfweek magazine is all about golf and wine, and Ernie Els’ Big Easy wines received great reviews – and a place on the cover!

Master Sommellier Randall Bertao of Los Altos Golf & Country Club in California tasted through the collections and offered these tasting notes:

On Ernie Els Big Easy White: “Very bright red apple fruit (think unoaked chardonnay) with mouth-watering acidity and a clean finish.”

On Ernie Els Big Easy Red: “There’s a lot going on with this wine. Spice and flesh from the syrah, structure from the cab and variety from the other grape contributors. Dark fruited with exotic spices and a savory flavor.”
